Long Stay Holidays | Mid Week & Week End £35 per night
(per 24 hour period)
Short Stay Weekend period £40 per night Fri-Sun

What We Do
We provide a warm and loving environment for all dogs while their owners are away.
Unlike large boarding or kennel facilities, this service ensures that each furry guest receives individual attention, plenty of affection and a sense of security similar to what they experience at home.
With limited numbers of dogs accepted at a time, the focus is on creating a stress-free experience, complete with familiar routines, playtime and comfortable sleeping arrangements. Our Jack Russell spent 10 lovely nights at Our Sanctuary in August. Aside from the trial sleepover this was her first time away from us. We needn’t have worried as she had the most lovely holiday herself, in Jan’s home-from-home. We could tell from the photos that she was so happy, relaxed, and content from all the walks and activities. She really benefited from being around the other dogs and can see she’s learned from them. Big thanks to Frank the resident dog for being so welcoming! We won’t hesitate to use Our Sanctuary again.

Jan has taken wonderful care of my two dogs, Willow and Souki, and I couldn’t be more grateful. They were loved, walked, cuddled and completely relaxed in her care. It’s clear she genuinely adores animals and treats them like her own. If you're looking for someone kind, trustworthy, and experienced, I can’t recommend Jan enough. Your pets will be in the best hands!
Jan provides an excellent boarding service. She clearly loves dogs and has a well organised introduction process. Her dog Frank is a very chilled Sharpei who radiates calm and my nervous whippet took to him immediately. During the day the dogs get plenty of walks. The dogs have the run if the house and can make themselves comfortable where they like. Our dog Sky is a bit of a princess so spent the day on the sofa and slept on the foot of the bed. It is reassuring that when we go on holiday Sky will have a great time herself.
